Celebrating Growth – Salama Collisen

Meet Salama Collisen, a Sigma veteran who has been with us since our humble beginnings in 2011. In 2008 she matriculated top of her school. Due to financial difficulties, she had no choice but to start working to support her family.

Salama has held various management roles within Sigma and is one of very few employees that has worked across all the industries we service such as Utilities, Banking & financial services, SA collections etc. “Although COVID19 has hit many companies, I can be proud of Sigma as we are still going strong, and they have been incredible during this trialling times.” Salama commenced her new role as Operations Manager on Monday, 1 November 2021.
