Sigma Connected gender pay gap reporting

Our gender pay gap reports are based on the government’s methodology set out in the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017.

Gender pay gap

“Here at Sigma Connected, we are committed to fighting against any gender pay gap. We don’t just say we prioritise equality and diversity, it’s who we are. We look for and promote people based on their talent and believe that the more diverse our team, the better it is.”

Gary Gilburd
Chief Operating Officer

The gender pay gap is the difference between the average (mean or median) earnings of men and women across a workforce.

From 2017, employers with a headcount of 250 employees or more on its snapshot date, must comply with government regulations on gender pay gap reporting. Gender pay gap calculations are based on employer payroll data drawn from a specific date each year. This specific date is called the ‘snapshot date’.
