Sigma Connected recognised for collections and recoveries excellence through Arum accreditation

Business outsourcing provider Sigma Connected has been officially endorsed for its collections and recoveries excellence by Arum.

Sigma Connected, which provides customer contact services for the utilities, financial, telecommunications and retail sectors, has been awarded the independent Arum Approved Servicer certification for meeting Arum’s renowned industry standards.

The successful assessment, which comprised of an in-depth review of Sigma Connected’s procedures which support their operations across the UK and South Africa, specifically highlighted:

• Consistently high service quality standards, including call handling practices
• Investment in, and use of, innovative technology suites, integration with client systems and technology’s role in ongoing training and development
• Positive use of real-time data, dashboards and performance management KPIs
• Commitment to improving client services through the introduction of the latest speech analytics and chatbots
• The depth and maturity of senior management, leaders and specialist knowledge, and:
• The formation of a positive employee engagement strategy and benefits package, underlined by the company being recognised in the 2024 Sunday Times Best Places to Work list for the second year running.
