Sigma Connected gender pay gap reporting
Our gender pay gap reports are based on the government’s methodology set out in the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017.
“Sigma has grown significantly over the past 12 months; we have promoted many female employees and continue to attract a diverse workforce to join Sigma. In the last 12 months, we have launched our Sigma Women and Diversity Champions campaigns. We continue to support all our employees to gain a fantastic career within the contact centre industry. Sigma strives to provide excellent career and training opportunities for all of our teams. To support this, we have recently introduced our Sigma Discovery platform, which offers hundreds of free courses to help our people learn and grow.”

The gender pay gap is the difference between the average (mean or median) earnings of men and women across a workforce.
From 2017, employers with a headcount of 250 employees or more on its snapshot date, must comply with government regulations on gender pay gap reporting. Gender pay gap calculations are based on employer payroll data drawn from a specific date each year. This specific date is called the ‘snapshot date’.
