Meet Nathan, One of our newly appointed operations managers for our “Proof of Concept” campaigns.
Nathan joined the contact centre industry in 2016 when he decided to take a break from his education degree. Within weeks of joining the industry, Nathan became a “Subject Matter Expert” and played a pivotal role in supporting new hires as they entered the business. In 2017 Nathan joined a “future leaders” programme and stepped into his first leadership role as a team manager.
In 2019 Nathan joined Sigma as a Team manager where he formed part of the leadership team that would launch one of our biggest utilities campaigns. Sadly, Nathan left Sigma halfway through 2019 but promised that he would come back bigger and better than ever.
In March of 2021 Nathan delivered on his promise and returned to Sigma as a Service Delivery Manager and launched our first Water Campaign and now looks after all our “proof of concept campaigns” as an operations manager.
“I and am extremely excited to be working for a growing, dynamic business with an inclusive and collaborative culture which is second to none. I am genuinely excited to make a difference and ensure our leaders, advisors, clients and customers are provided the best possible service, both internally and externally”. Congratulations on the tremendous achievement Nathan! We are extremely proud of you.
