Sigma Connected shortlisted in three U&T Awards categories

With the industry awards season now in full swing we are delighted to announce that we are shortlisted in three categories at the 2021 U&T Awards which are part of this year’s industry Vulnerability Awareness Gala. We have been shortlisted by the judging panel for:

• Best Outsourcing Partnership – E.ON Next and Sigma Connected
• Utilities Team of the Year – Scottish Power and Sigma Connected
• Best Vulnerable Customer Support Initiative – Reach:Out

We are extremely proud to have a triple shortlisting in the awards which aim to recognise excellence across the industry. It also comes on the back of our Reach:Out initiative winning 2021 CSA Innovation Award earlier this month. Our team is looking forward to attending the Manchester-held awards which take place in the city’s Midland Hotel on 24 November. It’s looking to be a promising few months on the awards front with us also up in two categories at this years’ ECCCSA Awards. Our partnership with E.ON Next has again been shortlisted in the Best Outsourcing Partnership category, whilst our hugely successful Reach:Out initiative is up for the Best Customer Engagement Approach trophy. The ceremony takes place in London on 23 November – just 24 hours before the U&T Awards. However, before that, we are also up in five categories at the Credit Strategy Women in Credit Awards. The ceremony takes place on Thursday in London with our nominees going along to represent Sigma, and hopefully bring home some silverware. We look forward to bringing you more good news very soon!
