National award win for Sigma Connected’s Jason Taylor
In yet another proud moment for Sigma Connected, we are delighted to announce that Jason Taylor, our widely respected Head of Customer Contact, has been awarded the Contact Centre Support Manager of the Year title at this year’s UK National Contact Centre Awards.
Held at Old Billingsgate in central London, the awards are an annual showcase of the best and brightest talent in the contact centre industry.
Jason, who was awarded “Gold” in the category, was recognised for his leadership of our 15-strong Dialler Support team who are responsible for facilitating the handling of inbound calls and creating a bespoke journey for customers on issues such as billing or other queries.
During the awards ceremony, Jason was highlighted not only for his drive to introduce best-in-class strategies, new technology, and improved ways of working, but also for his leadership and commitment to the personal development of his team.
Chief operations officer and co-founder Mike Harfield said: “Jason is quite simply a stand-out leader in the industry and to win such a prestigious award is so well deserved.
