Meet Zayne Manuels, our recently appointed Recruitment Business Partner who has extensive knowledge in Human Resources, retail, sales, and management across various industries both locally and in international markets.
Before joining Sigma Connected Zayne spent 5 years in boutique agencies managing the full 360 recruitment and business development as a generalist across both white and blue-collar talent attraction and retainment.
In August 2020 Zayne joined Sigma Connected as a Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist with the talent search and selection across the advisor population. After a year of bulk recruitment Zayne was promoted to management recruiter where he was responsible for ensuring we attract premium talent across all support and leadership roles within Sigma South Africa. Just three months shy of his two-year Anniversary Zayne has once again been promoted to Lead Management Recruitment Business Partner for UK & SA where his purpose is to provide high quality, end to end recruitment, through onboarding, advice, and support hiring managers in achieving their resourcing needs as well as ensure that we are retaining talent by aligning business objectives with employees and management
